OUR SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING DETAILS

Raw dog food and natural treats are delivered to the following postcodes FREE of charge on specific days:

Our natural dog treats are posted UK wide.

Items will be shipped within 2-5 working days of receiving your order, however if there is any delays with this you will be notified. If we are not shipping for any reason, such as Holiday Seasons, there will be a notification on the website.

Most items are shipped via Royal Mail, however some larger or heavier items may need to be sent by alternative couriers.

Your shipping confirmation email will state which carrier they are with.​

In the event of a parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address/failed delivery etc, the customer may be entitled to a refund less postage paid or must pay postage again.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If items have arrived damaged, please contact us and we will replace. We will require a photo of the damaged item, as well as a photo of the packaging to be able to process the claim. 

We accept returns for unwanted non-perishable items if:

You contact us within: 7 days of delivery

And ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Returned items must be shipped back in the condition you received them in and be resalable. We will not cover the postage for unwanted items. Please ensure you package your items well, to reduce the risk of damage in the post and have enough compensation in the unfortunate event they are damaged on the way back to us.

The following items can't be returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for any raw frozen food or unsealed natural treats, as these are perishable items.

We do not accept exchanges as standard.

However please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
